At CoLab Worcs CiC, we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. As a Community Interest Company, we only collect the information necessary to provide our services and keep our community safe.

Information We Collect

We may collect your name, email address, and phone number when you sign up for our newsletter, register for a workshop, or join a Forest Therapy session. For certain events, we may also collect emergency contact details and relevant health information.

How We Use Your Data

We use your information to communicate about our projects, manage event safety, and fulfill our reporting obligations as a CiC (anonymized data only). We never sell your data to third parties.

Website Analytics

Like most websites, this one keeps a few anonymous counts of visits, so we can see what people read and how they find us. We do this with Pirsch, a privacy-first analytics tool, and we do it without cookies.

That means no adverts follow you around, and we can't build a picture of who you are from how you browse. Pirsch only recognises that you're the same visitor within a single day, using an anonymised blend of your browser and internet details, and it never stores your address or anything personal. Because we set no cookies, we never needed a pop-up asking your permission, and we don't track you across other websites.
